Do I need an account to browse?
No. The forum, tournaments, accounts and guides are all public to read. You need a free account to post, enter events, buy or sell.
Is this an Epic Games login?
No. Your Sideswipers account is a website account only. We never ask for your game login.
What does membership cover?
One account covers the forum, tournament entries, sell offers, orders and private messages with staff.
What happens when I buy an account?
Checkout places a short hold on the listing so it cannot be sold twice. Your order and a private staff conversation are created, and handover is scheduled after payment. Full steps are on each listing.
Where do I track my order?
In your orders. Payment status and completion are shown separately.
Is payment live?
Not yet. Checkout currently runs in a sandbox so nothing is charged. Live payment is disabled until the provider and terms are final.
How do I sell my account?
Use sell your account. Send your ranks and items, staff review, and if it suits our stock you get an offer in your messages.
Should I include my password?
Never. We never ask for passwords or two factor codes in forms or public posts. Handover is a separate scheduled step after an offer is accepted.
Are tournaments free?
Yes. Entry is free, one registration per member, and places are first come first served.
How does check-in work?
Check-in opens shortly before kick-off, on the event page. The exact time is shown under key times on each event.
Who moderates the forum?
Staff moderators. Reports are reviewed with a recorded reason, and moderation actions are visible on the topic.
What are the rules?
The platform rules cover conduct, selling and tournaments. Read them before posting or buying.
